Berlin & Prenzlauer Berg

Slowing down is the mode currently around the globe. Interestingly enough, in Berlin I was not rushing here and there. Compared with other European capitals, what is the difference that makes the difference? I believe the city has a rare energy. Prenzlauer Berg’s architecture in particular is esthetically beautiful with many historical Wilhelmine buildings.

Berlin & Tiergarten

Starting a districts round, as Berlin is divided in 12 administrative districts, each of those with many neighborhoods. Tiergarten is a huge urban park that is now part of neighborhood Mitte (Middle). Used to belong to West Berlin before the Reunification. The former royal park is now open to the public and is a great connection from the West part to the center.

Berlin 2020 ~ Calendar (updated)

Berlin is a city full of life, culture and history, with concerts, international film festivals, parties, fashion, popular sporting events and many other opportunities. Looking forward to a few moments this year that I broke down by season and category. I am sure that this is just a glimpse, but is a good idea to have a plan.

Story of Constanța & the Black Sea

Hometown and first love. I wrote about many trips and my life in Germany & Belgium, but writing about my home city proved to be more difficult than I thought. Maybe because I don’t live there for many years, the touchable memories mixed with my imagination.
