This December in Bucharest, I went for a walk in the city center and came across spectacular Christmas decorations in two historical restored buildings. One new favorite sight was discovered by accident and the second one on purpose.
My first stop was the Marmorosch Hotel, monument building with a history of over 100 years. And at Mița Biciclista we can admire a restored house from the interwar period, back in vogue.

October flashbacks, as one fall in Brussels was unforgettable because was all about Art Nouveau. Inoubliable. And very Bruxelloise! Made many notes and photos so I don’t forget. Art Nouveau and Art Deco Biennale was a celebration of Architecture and design variety of buildings in Brussels.

Tuscany is so beautiful, it has to be seen to be believed. The city of Florence is known for its overwhelming art galleries and Michelangelo Renaissance sculptures in marble, but still, I was struck by the colors and sounds of the cypresses or the scented air with notes of leather.

From different cities there are moments, people and places that stay with us. When I think of Oslo, I remember first the Opera House. I never saw till this day a more impressive modern Opera. I haven’t been to Sydney yet, and the Copenhagen Opera is also contemporary. But I dare to say this one in Oslo is one of a kind.
